Looking for Work in Canada
Red Seal Immigration has two Certified Canadian Immigration Consultants on staff. Under the rules and regulations that monitor the work completed by Certified Canadian Immigration Consultants (CCIC’s), they are not allowed to assist with employment services. Each province has regulations related to recruiting workers, recruitment agencies and hiring employees. As a result of these regulations Red Seal Immigration Ltd. cannot assist in a job search on behalf of persons interested in immigrating to Canada.
When you find an employer who is interested in offering you a job, we would be more than happy to assist with your immigration to Canada and provide you with permanent and/or temporary solutions to work in Canada. We would work with you and your employer to ensure that the application has the best opportunity for approval.
Categories of immigration that may not require the support of an employer or a job offer include the following:
Some Provincial Nominee Categories allow a community or family member to support your application
Federal and Provincial Business Investor or Entrepreneur Categories of Immigration. Please note that there have recently been significant changes under these Federal and Provincial categories.
