Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants
The Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) is the regulatory body for immigration consultants. The council ensures that each member is fully qualified and tested before admitting them as a certified member of the organization.Red Seal Immigration consultants have gone through this process ensuring the highest level of education and integrity. Being part of the ICCRC means that the Red Seal Immigration Consultants have the best knowledge and information available and they abide to the ICCRC’s comprehensive code of conduct and rules of professional practices.
Our consultants are Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants and members in good standing of the ICCRC. Under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, only ICCRC members and lawyers can act as authorized representatives.
